This is an extension of [info]whatishappiness' journal and it contains lists of excersizes to try.

In my experience and all typical (able to lose weight) experiences I've heard of excersizing must consist of a hour of cardio and an half an hour to an hour of callisthetics. Yoga is also helpful, and a good way to stretch out before cardio.
