This is an extension of
whatishappiness' journal and it contains lists of excersizes to try.
In my experience and all typical (able to lose weight) experiences I've heard of excersizing must consist of a hour of cardio and an half an hour to an hour of callisthetics. Yoga is also helpful, and a good way to stretch out before cardio.
